Colihaut River Defense Wall Underway

The Government of Dominica has commenced the Colihaut River Defense Wall Project, recognizing the need for enhanced flood protection and riverbank stability due to the impacts of inclement weather. This undertaking aims to provide long-term protection for the river embankment, safeguarding the community against potential scouring and ensuring peace of mind for residents, particularly during disaster-prone periods.
