Project Objective	Upgrading and rehabilitation of the Roseau Valley Roads to include Bath Estate to Trafalgar 6.1km (including the village of Trafalgar), Laudat Village to the Trafalgar section 5.9 km, and the St. Aroment Spur Road (back road) 0.4km giving a total length of 12.4km or 7.7 miles.
